Hard Concrete Floor Preparation

This project is a college building floor renovation. Need to remove old sealing and apply high quality epoxy on.

This is a Hard concrete floor. Contractor used our 16 grit soft bond with 6 very coarse segments in which there contains bigger sizes of diamond particles. The design of this grit is purposed to quickly scrap off the thin but stubborn surface so as to well expose substrate, also leave uniform scratch patterns which is easy and good for new coating such as epoxy to hold on.

This is 30k sq per floor, three levels.
