Simply choose the proper adapter for your brand of grinder, put every piece on disc holder plate the same way as you mount the diamond disc on, then start to work!
When you want to switch to another type of grinder, separate every piece by a tool like a flat head screw driver, repeat the same process.
Thanks to the 3 stubs and 3 magnets, the adapter can hold the diamond disc on plate tightly.
